Between Earth and Sky – A Journey to Chile and Bolivia

Not all the journeys I take are for others. There are also journeys for me. Journeys to pause, to reconnect, to feel who I truly am again, without guiding, without holding, without giving… just being. Because as much as I love supporting others, I also need that space. And this journey was one of those. A calling I had been feeling for a long time, a journey I knew I had to take. And now, the moment had arrived.

Flying over the Andes, arriving in this powerful land… I felt something hard to explain. An ancient energy, deep, as if this land held memory, as if something inside me recognized it. The Andes mountains, powerful and alive… and in that moment I knew: I had to be here. Thank you, Universe. Thank you, God. Thank you to everything that brought me here.

Everything began in San Pedro de Atacama, at around 2,400 meters altitude, a small village in the middle of nowhere, and always present, the beautiful and powerful Apu Licancabur (5,916 m), watching, holding, protecting. From the very beginning, I felt I wasn’t alone. I FELL IN LOVE WITH THIS VOLCANO.

This desert is not sand, this is earth—hard, burning, alive. A land that doesn’t come to comfort you, it comes to teach you, step by step, challenge by challenge….

And then the journey continues, rising higher and higher, climbing to 4,000–4,800 meters altitude, where the air changes and the body speaks. The altitude sickness arrives and there is no escape. You can only be. Breathe. Listen. PAUSE. Just as Licancabur has told me….

Entering Bolivia was entering another level. Landscapes at 4,300–4,600 meters, unreal lagoons, geysers where the Earth breathes, deserts from another planet, but also a deep inner process.

Here I understood something very clear: Mother Earth doesn’t always embrace, sometimes she transforms you. She cleans you, breaks you, and rebuilds you…

And then… the Salar. THE MOMENT!!!

The Salar de Uyuni, at around 3,650 meters altitude, the largest, at highest altitude, salt desert in the world. A place where sky and earth merge, where all limits disappear. And there you understand: you are not separate, you are part of everything…

Coming back to Atacama after Bolivia was not the same. Now everything had depth, everything made sense.

And then came the nights, in the retreat, in the camp with Ricardo and Sol, my true destination from the beginning… Under one of the clearest skies on Earth, observing, connecting, feeling… but the most important thing was not what was outside, it was what awakened inside. It was here where I felt that activation, that remembering, that “solar disk”—not as something external, but as a memory awakening within me, an energy integrating… And now I carry it with me, in my DNA, in my heart, in my whole being. Because looking at the sky here is not looking outside, it is looking into the deepest part of your essence.

In the end, everything falls into place. Everything makes sense. Now I understand why I came. And I also understand this: “you don’t need to understand everything, you just need to flow, trust, and allow…” Licancabur.

We are children of the Earth and the Stars. Between the Father Sky and the Mother Earth, there we are—the bridge, the connection. Inside us lives the divine masculine and the divine feminine, our origin, our essence. And when these energies separate, we disconnect. But when they unite, when they come into balance, we return home.

This is exactly what I work on in my therapies: guiding you to reconnect, to remember who you are, to balance these two forces within you so you can live from your truth, your power, your essence. Because everything you are searching for outside already lives within you.

This journey lived inside me for years, and it unfolded perfectly—the moment, the people, the place. Because this is the truth: you cannot arrive to your future before your future is ready for you. This was not just a journey. It was a remembering, a return, a rebirth. And I carry all of this with me, forever.
